As this is out of our control, we are unable to offer a refund for any parcels which are delivered within a 48-hour window, and by placing your order, you accept that parcels may take up to 48 hours to arrive from leaving our shop.
As the contents of your delivery are perishable, DHL have been instructed to leave the parcel in a Safe Place if there is no answer. We are unable to take responsibility for the parcel once it has been left at your address, therefore we strongly recommend that you specify a ‘Safe Place’ in which your parcel can be left should there be no answer. You can do this by following the link on the DHL tracking information you receive. In placing your order, you accept that should there be no answer, parcels will be left at your delivery address at your own risk.
